Rib or regular?

Why not a Rib? 

We wanted a Dinghy that weighed no more than around approx. 40kg, plus minus so that it can more easily be picked up on deck, but also attached under the solar bracket behind the boat. But a Rib of 60kg and more can offer a little more problems and you often have to lift them on deck and with a winch and be a minimum of 2 people...
